ACEL 2026 – Value Creation & Governance Lab
Validate, Refine and Contribute
Sub-sector Workshop Follow-up
Validate, refine and contribute
Thank you for participating in the Africa Creative Economy Lens (ACEL) 2026 Value Creation & Governance Lab.
During the sub-sector workshops, creative professionals, entrepreneurs and ecosystem stakeholders examined how value is created across Botswana's Film & Audiovisual, Performing Arts, and Visual Arts & Crafts sectors, identifying key blockages and the functions needed to overcome them.
Your contribution is essential to ensuring that the findings accurately reflect the realities of your sector and provide a strong foundation for designing practical solutions and effective delivery infrastructure.
This form gives you an opportunity to revisit the workshop discussion, validate or refine the identified challenges and functions, and contribute additional perspectives that may not have been fully explored during the sessions.
We particularly welcome contributions that:
- Validate findings that accurately reflect your sector's realities.
- Modify or clarify findings that need to be refined.
- Identify missing elements, including value blockages, required functions and expected achievements.
- Suggest priorities that should inform the next stages of collaborative solution development.
Your contributions will be considered alongside the workshop results in preparing the Lab synthesis and informing subsequent discussions on solutions, institutional collaboration and delivery arrangements.
Before you submit
